Consensus has a great leadership team and a great culture. It can take a while to ramp up, but the product is excellent.

My overall experience is having been on a high performing team that works hard at winning every Q. The sales leadership is behind you here as well. You'll need to work on your outbound here but it's a skill that should never sleep. The product is no match for any others which can really boost those who already work both wisely and hard.
