This organization is a rare find with its leadership and culture. Truly the best people to work for- the team is kind, compassionate and admits when they make mistakes. Lots of room to grow with internal processes but they will get there. They are hiring the right people to make the changes. Compensation is low compared to other tech companies This is definitely a land and expand company, so it will take you some time to ramp. Overall, stellar place to work and be happy!

My overall experience is having been on a high performing team that works hard at winning every Q. The sales leadership is behind you here as well. You'll need to work on your outbound here but it's a skill that should never sleep. The product is no match for any others which can really boost those who already work both wisely and hard.
