My overall experience was okay. The business will significantly increase quotas with no receptiveness to review OTE. Seems to be a lot of management that have been there a long time that are not contributing to the team.

It’s a tough time for ConnectWise with the product taking a long time to evolve to where it needs to be to compete. Local leadership is amazing in the UK, but the ELT in the US is all over the place at the minute.
