Excellent PMF, fast paced environment however it can be complex to navigate. CEO and eStaff are strong. Regional management are more sales focused than regional stewards of the business which creates some misaligned incentives. Overall i would be positive about joining Confluent, the TAM is real, the customer demand is strong and the product serves mission critical...Read More
