That said, at the time there was a severe misalignment between between the go to market strategy and the sales comp plan which made it very challenging for reps to hit their attainment goals.

There is an old boys club at Confluent and if you’re new/not in the club don’t expect to get anything done or any support. People are extremely rude at Confluent.
