Great people great place great product, but Q4 2023 is where everything started to change and is why I left. The compensation structure for reps is completely warped, and makes it really hard to make any money. What once was the best place to work for AEs is now becoming Oracle. They care about their pockets, not yours. Stay away if you are a top performer, if you are not you can make decent money.

As company grows, comp begins to lower. Deals take very long in new environment. Consumption quota is tough.
