Former Employee2.0Nov 9, 2024Would not recommend. Confluent has an identity crisis and is trying to become a data platform when their value is in fully managed kafka. Midmarket was an absolute dead zone as Confluent is a nice to have, and only really sellable to people using Kafka, which is very use case specific. Bad sales leadership, zero culture.
