A very competitive compensation plan, however, the targets are aggressive and not a high percentage of sales reps are hitting their targets. Product direction is strong, company has been reinvented from inside out and is tracking in a positive direction.

Pros: Brand new office with sponsored lunches, snacks & drinks. Company provides you with lap top & company cell phone, & prospecting tools: Zoominfo, Outreach & Wiza. Cons: Not all territories have the same sales potential.
