Clozd used to be great but now they are a mess. A particular sales leader is incompetent and driving the company to the ground. It's all about KPIs/activity and feels more like an SDR call center. I don't see the company going anywhere near its potential while this person is still in charge. Their best sales leader was laid off at the beginning of the year (it's assumed that he wasn't a "yes man" which hurt him) and it's become significantly worse without him at the company. It once was a great place to work but I'd stay away at this point.

Great people, exciting product / service. Unfortunately perceived as nice to have, not recession-proof. When inbounds dried up, major issues with quota expectations and attainment. Org trying to pivot without much resources or training for reps.

Great leadership and product market fit/vision. Clozd is like any other Utah company and they think they have competitive pay. Inbound lead flow struggles and the company's infancies show at times ie. overhiring.
