Great people, exciting product / service. Unfortunately perceived as nice to have, not recession-proof. When inbounds dried up, major issues with quota expectations and attainment. Org trying to pivot without much resources or training for reps.

The product is one thing that both employees and customers continue to rave about. It's not hard to do a demo and see peoples' eyes light up and get excited about what it can bring to them -Hands down my favorite group of co-workers. I had high expectations for them, the offering is really cool. But it's a "nice to have." Leadership doesn't know what they are doing and won't listen due to their ego.
