The product is one thing that both employees and customers continue to rave about. It's not hard to do a demo and see peoples' eyes light up and get excited about what it can bring to them -Hands down my favorite group of co-workers. The balance of "work hard, play hard" can be difficult to find at many places but I genuinely feel it in the office with the people around me -Shared vision and mission drives the whole org -Transparency. I feel like I have a good handle of where we are and where we're headed -Authenticity - I really feel like I can bring my personality to work and can be the most productive version of myself.

Things have slowed down considerably for sales at Clozd. They let go of the entire SDR org of 20 people. Very little pipeline generation after much effort from everyone. Product is not a must-have and the primary buyers are tech companies who are cutting back a ton right now. Only guys who have been there for a while are doing okay.
