Not what you expect Leadership is lost, verbally abusive, and yes men for the ceo. No one makes quota except the two oldest sellers. Very challenging environment with very little reward. No access to SFDC, SalesNav, or tool for email/phone. Excessive manual administrative tasks. No defined target market. No effective messaging. Forced to feature dump. Never heard of anyone hitting quota.
