Not one rep has hit quota in Q1. Quota increased dramatically to a point it’s entirely unattainable. Company is burning through reps and have lost a lot of their top performers. The comp plan is wildly in favor of the company and they will find any reason not to pay out. Sometimes waiting 6 months or More for a commission payment .

Overall the product is pretty good. Executive leadership is driving the company to the ground. All of the best managers/directors are leaving or are driven out. They expect you to work long hours for mediocre pay and change the comp plan every quarter so you make less and less money.
