They will sell you on a "SaaS Experience," while their business model should be gear towards enterprise level customers, they target start ups and helping building "start their business." In my area this lead to almost 100% turnover of the customer base that existed before I was brought on. Commission is good while in ramp, impossible to touch when you are off ramp unless you are in a major city with multiple locations. They want "grimy" sellers.

Great place to learn and great training but expectations are unrealistic. The product costs too much and the quota is too high, they've also let go of so many customers success people so customers struggle. Overall challenging but positive experience. Great coworkers, no micromanaging. SDR's often sent unqualified leads . Internal systems and data were a mess. Best leads went to established reps.
