N/A.. at the time the company was heavy on layoffs.. not sure why they over scaled but it happens.

Avoid. Scaled quickly and laid off most of the sales team as the market turned. Nice to have product in a saturated market

There is no structure or process here and no leadership working towards making this better. They are just trying to keep the doors open at this point.

The founders are great leaders who just gave up too much control. The company as a whole had great people, great core values that were realistic and culture was top notch. Unfortunately, they hitched their wagon to an executive who craved power and had to have their input on everything which ultimately led to the dismissal of over half the company.
