Great product, unstructured sales org. Recent report and lay offs really hit the morale. Many hope it will get better with Mark Anderson on board.

Quotas set too high, especially in the central region on the country where the deal sizes were significantly smaller. Executive leadership is always a revolving door.

Cloudflare isn’t horrible, it’s a tough time in the market. Unfortunately CF treats sales reps as numbers and PIPs/termination is extremely common. Tenured reps have best accounts leaving everyone new to either get lucky or hustle extremely hard for smaller deals. Direct managers are great but leadership above them is awful. Lots of unrealistic expectations.

Chaotic corporate environment, with 3 different CROs in 15 months. Local leadership is great. Back office and general sales support is broken in many areas.
