Great product and platform. However, the Revenue Operations, system, and pricing team are lacking. There is almost no business intelligence to support for the sales team, and very few processes are designed with the success or experience of the customers in mind.

Terrible leadership and sales organization. Insanely cutthroat, and they have laid off people left and right. Everyone is terrified for their jobs.
