Current Employee the company face to the public is happy and vibrant, but inside it is dark and grey.
poor onboarding and no real guidance. get thrown into the wild with no assistance. they like to use the "its a startup, there's a lot of change", but a company this size doesn't fit this excuse.
ambiguity is there theme, where you can expect to get let go at the start of every month.
leadership is extremely hyper focused on THEIR number, not individual reps.
