Classy laid off 50% of the sales team (xDRs up to Strat ENT AEs and AMs, incl leaders) in Nov 2023. Very hard for new people to make quota in the first year or two. Distribution of leads determined by managers and methods not disclosed. Competitors had features Classy doesn't and Classy's pricing always highest. Enjoyed my time at Classy but team was not setup for success in the big picture. Too many reps, leadership was not transparent with the team and priced on the higher end of the market.
