This company is in the midst of a turnaround. It was a challenging work environment. If you can get past the noise, there's a lot of money to be made.

Pretty lousy. Some great folks at the IC level but the disconnect between departments, revolving doors in senior leadership made it extremely difficult to succeed. No one - and I mean no one - is on the same page. Processes do not exist or are not documented. Vision changed every couple weeks. Impossible environment to succeed in for a sales role.
