Overall a good experience at this company and what I consider fair compensation. In some areas not as competitive as other gov some firms but I didn’t mind. That’s been many years ago however. Biggest gripe is some of the folks in management aren’t good leaders and turn to micromanaging.

Company is growing fast. It varies by team, but the majority of the sales leaders have created a good culture despite morale getting lower due to lower compensation and higher quotas. There are 2 products there are well regarded the other products are lower tier products in the market, however CivicPlus applies a premium price for al the products well above market...Read More

Fine company to work for but lackluster experience overall. Everyone is friendly, not a stressful environment. Dominates the local gov web space. Not very innovative.
