My only Complaint would be the comp plan for any role is less favorable then majority of the other SaaS/Tech companies. Current Employee2.0Sep 18, 2023Lots of favoritism and manipulation scare tactics from bosses to hit quota. They do not offer traditional training so there is only support from teammates who are exhausted themselves trying to hit their numbers.
