Base compensation would be ok but parameters for commission payout and bonuses constantly seem to change. Very few hit bonuses.

Market fit was there but surrounding support was limited which severely delayed the ability to provide quick turnaround to potential customers ultimately leading them to believe we cannot support their requests.
