It varies by team, but the majority of the sales leaders have created a good culture despite morale getting lower due to lower compensation and higher quotas. There are 2 products there are well regarded the other products are lower tier products in the market, however CivicPlus applies a premium price for al the products well above market average. That would be fine if they were all top of market products, but the Company thinks it's name can command a premium for everything and occasionally you'll get lucky, but you really need to lean in to the top 2 products.
The most difficult part working at CivicPlus is internal red tape. Often times it's harder to push a deal through internally than it is selling to the client. Team working on RFP's is short staffed , SE team is short staff and often doesn't have the bandwidth and legal team and sales ops team makes reps jump through hoops to get sales through. Paralyzed by process. If a deal requires anything out of process good luck
