I saw plenty of reps succeeding at Cintas and a lot of people making great money. I dealt with a manager who didn't know how to develop people or have a growth mindset which was a bad experience for me personally. Whenever I asked my coworkers what they liked about the company, every single person said "the people".

I had a great overall experience with Cintas. The support from management and other reps was a huge part of my success there. Training is in abundance and updated constantly. Plus the benefits are the best I’ve had out of any employer in my work history.
