Micromanaging at its finest. Worried more about the number of dials you make more than anything else. Constantly track your location via GPS on the company provided tablets that you have to keep with you at all times. They joke about being a cult, but its really not a joke.

Cintas is a great company to work for. Especially in a New Business- Uniform outside sales role. They develop your skills and pay very competitively. Their products and service are the best in the industry. You can’t go wrong
