Good training, mediocre base pay, good ote pay. Reps argue with each other over accounts constantly between facility Service and Uniform Reps. The company has great health benefits, dental benefits, 401k match, and car package.

Micromanaging to the max, will do anything to lower a reps payout. Will saturate a market with reps to hit number, greatest example of being a number.

You’re expected to work 60 hours a week and deal with lots of service and production issues and SAP doesn’t get your commission right. Good entry level job and If you’re looking to stay in sales, start here and go elsewhere. If you want a long career then get promoted at cintas.

Great leadership and a world class training program. Many reps are new graduates, low base but a good earning potential for those who crush it. It’s fast paced with a short sales cycle, expected to sell 3-5 new accounts a week.

Great company to start a sales career and learn how to prospect, build a funnel, and close deals quick. Definitely a grind, good upward mobility if successful, looks good on a resume. Staying in front line role for more than a few years would likely lead to complacency and burnout.

I saw plenty of reps succeeding at Cintas and a lot of people making great money. I dealt with a manager who didn't know how to develop people or have a growth mindset which was a bad experience for me personally. Whenever I asked my coworkers what they liked about the company, every single person said "the people".
