I saw plenty of reps succeeding at Cintas and a lot of people making great money. I dealt with a manager who didn't know how to develop people or have a growth mindset which was a bad experience for me personally. Whenever I asked my coworkers what they liked about the company, every single person said "the people".

Recession proof products. Big-time good ol' boys club but leadership was helpful. Base salary was below market but you can learn a lot.
