I saw plenty of reps succeeding at Cintas and a lot of people making great money. I dealt with a manager who didn't know how to develop people or have a growth mindset which was a bad experience for me personally. Whenever I asked my coworkers what they liked about the company, every single person said "the people".

Great training & place to start. Grind, but opportunity is there for growth. Takes 6 months to ramp up.
