I had a great overall experience with Cintas. The support from management and other reps was a huge part of my success there. Training is in abundance and updated constantly. Plus the benefits are the best I’ve had out of any employer in my work history. Customers can be tough to deal with but as long as you’re honest with management, learning to overcome objections becomes much easier.
