Definitely a grind, good upward mobility if successful, looks good on a resume. Staying in front line role for more than a few years would likely lead to complacency and burnout.

Good entry level job and If you’re looking to stay in sales, start here and go elsewhere. If you want a long career then get promoted at cintas.
