Definitely have to be a bit of a “Kool-Aid” drinker. But the experience is not the same across the board. Each location is run as a small business, and has its own culture.

Local management is everything and is why I stayed as long as I did. Systems and processes are out of date and executives are slow to change. Lots of cold calling and door knocking, products are overpriced compared to competitors in the space so you are constantly either sacrificing commission or sales. Great leadership and a world class training program. Many reps are new graduates, low base but a good earning potential for those who crush it. It’s fast paced with a short sales cycle, expected to sell 3-5 new accounts a week.
