Great company to start a sales career and learn how to prospect, build a funnel, and close deals quick. Definitely a grind, good upward mobility if successful, looks good on a resume. Staying in front line role for more than a few years would likely lead to complacency and burnout.

My experience overall was solid. Be ready for a stuffy type culture. Great place as entry level but if you dream of becoming a 7 figure earner, it will never happen at Cintas.
