When leadership was asked to go out and spend time with sales to learn more about the environment, we were told it wasn’t the best use of their time.
They talk about “partnerships” all the time but really they are just standard integrations every company should have.
BIGGEST RED FLAG - President’s Club trip was cancelled and pulled out from under top performers just after the year ended. (They’d been bragging about how great it was going to be up until Christmas)
No trust between sales and sales leadership. Lots of finger pointing. No collaboration. They ask for lots of ACCOUNTABILITY from reps but don’t hold themselves accountable.
I do believe the CEO cares a lot about the company but he’s got lazy and unqualified sales management. Browse Other Reviews
