Peek is a good company with good benefits, but the SDR pay is wildly undermarket. The incentive structure is decent but the way account allocation is structured makes it difficult to maximize earning potential.

My overall experience left me feeling like I had been through a traumatic relationship. They suck the life out of you and then want more. Very much a boys club. I should’ve left sooner.
