3 rounds of lay offs in the last 10 months, crowded industry, lack of inbound leads, and poor leadership. Good reps and culture at the individual contributor level. Incredible individual talent on the Enterprise team, unfortunately, the direct management (enterprise sales mgr & team lead) for this team must be replaced for this team to truly succeed.
