Although G2 valuations are "best in class" across a myriad of categories, the product fit for the market exhausts itself at $350M with VERY limited exceptions - period. Both for technical ramifications, functional parameter capacity, and client complexity. 3 rounds of lay offs in the last 10 months, crowded industry, lack of inbound leads, and poor leadership. Good reps and culture at the individual contributor level. The nepotism of the Mormon leadership group contributed to a large distrust of the leadership team. Diversity was at one point prioritized but that quickly went away with a new senior leader from Utah entering the picture.
