They offer below market pay, micromanage, and offer low job security. The turnover in the lower AE markets is very high.

My overall experience was positive at Certinia. I was fortunate to have several great managers, who provided excellent support and mentorship. The PSA product is excellent. My overall experience was average. Compensation and base pay were not competitive with other companies. Little sales support internally from marketing or finance. Executive sales leadership varied greatly, though middle managers were consistent and supportive.
