Overall the culture at Ceros is decent. They definitely care about their employees. I will say that it is hard to move forward here unless you are in the ""good ole boys" club. This company is still ran in startup mode, with professional development tracks very rough and lacking as much resource/input as advertised. The product market fit is not ideal, with the product being a nice to have and not a need to have, thus the layoffs and lack of profit.
