People are great, product and leadership is not. The product is overpriced, and basic updates seem to be a struggle. Recently they decided to lay off 90% of the SDR team, before walking that back and asking them to stay. Most refused. We'll miss our yearly target by 7 figures. Would not recommend.

Overall the culture at Ceros is decent. They definitely care about their employees. I will say that it is hard to move forward here unless you are in the ""good ole boys" club.
