Great to begin with. Great team and culture (UK). Over time product market fit has declined and leadership haven't been able to improve the situation.

Things are not looking bright here. Decided to layoff the entire SDR team then asked them to stay once they realized it was not feasible. Majority said no and now they are hiring again for SDRs. Consistently missing targets by a large margin. Recommend looking elsewhere. No product market fit.

Overall the culture at Ceros is decent. They definitely care about their employees. I will say that it is hard to move forward here unless you are in the ""good ole boys" club.
