Current Employee4.0Aug 16, 2024Experience has been good. Executive team is top notch. Mid level VPs and Directors have some opportunity for improvement. Quota and incentive comp is decent but bucket minimum requirements mean you only end up getting paid at 100% to at risk even if you sold 200% to quota MRC.
