Lumen had its challenges. In my three years there, I worked under two big-league CEOs, both completely different from the other. I saw many upper management walk out the door in my first year. There many years through many changes. This last one felt like it was grabbing at its last breath. Middle management where a waste. Essentially all VPs and above got recruited from Microsoft and Executive board while saying diversity was all anglos.
