Miserable environment. It’s a sinking ship that is being positioned to be sold off very soon. Senior leaders are simply blowing hot air.

There many years through many changes. This last one felt like it was grabbing at its last breath. Middle management where a waste. Essentially all VPs and above got recruited from Microsoft and Executive board while saying diversity was all anglos.
