Leadership is actively gutting the sales organization by reducing sales tools, raising quotas, and paying customers directly for referrals (which used to be the vast majority of new business). Only a select few territories with business bankers are setup for success

The Pip process was a political nightmare. They selectively push people out without utilizing the stack rankings. Poor performance is rewarded for loyalty. Do not question leadership decisions.
