It's a struggle to hit quota in this company. The leadership is stuck in their old ways and the way they push their sales team does not motivate at all. Their flagship product - Multi-function printer is not in demand in the market because more and more companies are moving to remote operations. They have an IT Services arm as well but the support required to get to these Opps is not great. It's a company that wants to be a Ferrari but has the engine of a car from the 70s.

Great people but very out of touch with current sales methodologies and compensation structures. You won’t make money here until you’ve been on board for 5+ years. The comp plan in my particular role is paid out monthly for the period of the contract so commissions are spread out. It takes too long to make real money that top performers are accustomed to.
