Current Employee2.1Aug 29, 2024Great people but very out of touch with current sales methodologies and compensation structures. You won’t make money here until you’ve been on board for 5+ years. The comp plan in my particular role is paid out monthly for the period of the contract so commissions are spread out. It takes too long to make real money that top performers are accustomed to.
