Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Very poor product/market fit for the enterprise segment, there is a lot of competition and pricing has been commoditized. The company is more focused on investing and developing other parts of the business, not the B2B product. The leadership lacks a cohesive and inspiring vision and changes happen slowly across the company to try to preserve the brand affinity people have. Base compensation is competitive, variable compensation is not and average deal size is very small. Very few reps attain quota and most teams underperform.
