Calm is not a product market fit in the B2B space. The business shifted to healthcare and partnerships with large payers in what appears to be an attempt to get acquired. The sales team is practically non existent. Sinking ship with no captain.

No one is fighting for comp structure change. Culture is at an all time low in sales. Unattainable quotas so no opportunity for promotions, title changes. Nice to have product.

I love Calm, and was sad to be laid off. I was, however, professionally frustrated. Maybe 2-3 reps out of 14 were close to or achieved goal, and the rest of the team were probably under 50% attainment.
