Horrid company - Complete chaotic mess with management, management that are micromanagers that borderline won't leave employees alone to get their work done. Product that isn't a must have to companies or orgs right now, don't need to spend thousands on Matthew McConaughey reading stories.

I love Calm, and was sad to be laid off. I was, however, professionally frustrated. Maybe 2-3 reps out of 14 were close to or achieved goal, and the rest of the team were probably under 50% attainment. Overall, it's not a good sales organization. Leadership is incompetent and ego-driven, the product is not innovative, and territory parity doesn't exist. I've had former colleagues reach out and I've suggested they apply elsewhere.
