My overall experience at this org was horrendous. After 20 years of selling I have never seen such level of micromanagement and managing through Salesforce. They amhave no lead flow and therefore didn’t allow us to close out lost opportunities which I found strange. We were treated like children and often told “we pay you a lot of money to be here”. I did not find that to be the case compared to other sales roles in different organizations. I do not recommend this org.

My experience at CallMiner was relatively brief (9mo) but overall positive. It is a bit of a dated company in my opinion, in terms of product, team, and pace of play, definitely would not consider it "cutting edge."
